Out in Tuscarora, a town in Frederick County, there is this AMAZING creamery that of course has ice cream. Rocky Point Creamery is basically what you would call “cow to cone” in my opinion. Their ice cream is rich, smooth, and full of flavor, it definitely does not disappoint! I have gone quite a few times with my friends, and each time I try to get a new flavor I haven’t tried before. With over 80 flavors, it’s hard to make a decision. They also have a drive through which is pretty awesome and an indoor space as well. They also sell beef, milk and cheese, even at the drive through too. Rocky Point Creamery is located at: 4323 A Tuscarora Rd, Tuscarora, MD 21790 and if you take the scenic way, it’s pretty.

Up next is a local favorite where I live, and that would be Jimmie Cone. Jimmie cone has been around forever, and they have some of the best soft serve around! With the traditional vanilla, chocolate, and swirl, you can’t go wrong. They also have seasonal flavors, such as strawberry, black raspberry, and even a dairy free option that rotates. Personally, I love their shakes, and boats as they like to call their fancy sundaes, they also have a ton of topping to choose from. Parking is available in their lot but gets crowded on summer evenings and weekends. Their Damascus location is at 26420 Ridge Rd, Damascus, MD 20872. Now, let’s say Ice cream may not be your jam, well then Italian ice is a must try! Camren’s Italian Ice located in Rockville, is some of the best around, especially their Gelati’s which include frozen custard as well. They have a ton of flavors to choose from such as my favorite classics, Lemon and Cherry; there is also some creative flavors as well, like Pina Colada, and Horchata which I also like. Their Rockville location address is, 1115 Nelson St, Rockville, MD 20850, and they have a second location in Olney as well. You can even have them cater your next party, how cool is that?
