I love AYCE at Kpot!

I recently went to Kpot in Germantown, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! They have two different options to choose from, all you can eat Korean BBQ, or AYCE hot pot. On this occasion my husband and I wanted to try the Korean BBQ option; we went on a Sunday evening during dinner time. The atmosphere and ambiance were really nice, and they have tons of seating available inside. You can choose from a number of items to order off of the provided I-Pad they give you. Anything from chicken, beef, seafood, and pork; they even offer veggies, and pineapple too. After we placed our order, it was off to the sauce bar where we could customize our dipping sauces for the meats. They even had a few hot items too, such as spring rolls, sesame balls, and fresh fruit options as well.

Once we got back to our table, the food started to arrive for us to grill tableside. We started off with some of the dinner only options, such as the steaks, and garlic shrimp. The beef bulgogi was really tasty, and I liked the spicy salmon as well. I’d have to say we definitely tried a couple from each category for sure! After quite a few rounds and finally feeling stuffed, it was time to call it quits. All in all, I would have to say this was a really good experience we had a Kpot, and I know we will be back soon to try the hot pot. So, this is a to be continued soon post……..

If you’re interested in trying Kpot and seeing all that they have to offer you can find more information in the link below. Also, they have another location in Rockville as well off of Randolph Road. I have been to that location as well and it was also another good experience. The pricing on Sunday is the same all day (same with Saturday), which is the dinner price of $30.99, and you get your choice of either the hot pot menu or the Korean BBQ menu. BUT…… If you pay and addition $5.00 more, you can do BOTH menu options. I recommend going pretty hungry for this because it’s a lot of food. They also offer a $19.99 option for lunch Monday- Friday from 12-4 pm. As I said earlier this is to be continued, so next time we will talk about the hot pot experience which I cannot wait for!
