In honor of National Heart Month, Students Engaged in Public Health (S.E.I.P.H.) is hosting a Fit Camp! This will be a brief class led by fitness health coach, Jose Aspillera. In this class, you’ll be able to learn simple, yet effective exercises to get your heart pumping.

When: Wednesday, February 24 at 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Where: Shady Grove Campus, Recreation Center
