Tina

Hello everyone! My name is Tina Saha, and I am a junior majoring in Information Science at the University of Maryland, College Park at the Universities at Shady Grove (USG). I earned my associate degree in Information Science from Montgomery College.

I was born in Bangladesh, lived in India for a year and a half, and then moved to the United States with my family. We spent three years in New York before settling in Maryland. Growing up in different parts of the world has shaped my perspective on culture, technology, and communication—insights I bring to both my academic and professional journey.

Outside of academics, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and exploring nature. While I love trying different types of cuisine, I wouldn’t say I enjoy cooking! In my blogs, I’ll be sharing my experiences navigating university life, thoughts on emerging technologies, personal growth, and sustainable fashion.
