As finals approaches, the demanding nature of studying can be very time consuming, making it crucial to prioritize self-care. Amidst the sea of textbooks and notes, it’s essential to drink your water and eat, keeping your body and mind energized to tackle studying’s. Here’s a list of my favorite studying snacks that keep me energized and focused.

Bar: whether it be a granola bar, protein bars, and my favorite fig bars. These convenient snacks provide a quick energy boost.
Quesadilla: For a more sustainable option, quesadillas are not only easy to prepare but also budget friendly (Qudoba makes delicious ones FYI!).
Goldfish: A childhood classic, Goldfish crackers are not only nostalgic but also easy to pack and snack on during study sessions.
Motts Gummies: Mating stale blood sugar levels is crucial for sustained focus. Mott’s assorted gummies provide a sweet pick-me-up to keep you going.
Cheese Stick: Cheese lovers, rejoice! Cheese sticks offer a convenient grab-and-go option with a variety of flavors like cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, and more.
Trail mix: For the nut enthusiast, trail mix, especially those with M&M’s, provides a perfect blend of protein and sweetness to keep you alert.
Fruits: An apple, orange or banana is not only a healthy option but also a refreshing break from the monotony of study materials. Plus, it helps clear up that fruit bowl sitting in your kitchen.
Yogurt: Yogurt is a filling snack that introduces probiotics into your diet, promoting gut health.
Croissant: Indulge is some carbs with a delicious croissant, especially bakery-fresh ones. It’s a comforting treat to keep you fueled during study sessions.
Chips: Never can go wrong whether you like regular old fashioned potato chips, veggie straws, or even talkies, another easy snack to keep you pushing while studying for finals.
Sandwich: A classic sandwich, be it a simple grilled cheese, deli meat and cheese, or the timeless, PB&J, is a reliable option to keep you satisfied and focused.

As the semester concludes in about 2 weeks, I know that getting ourselves together to finish our classes strong can be very time consuming, but your health matters too! Make sure to take your breaks, eat, and again drink your water because I promise you this might not solve all your problems, they certainly make the journey of tackling them a bit more manageable.
