I was born and raised in Sri Lanka for the first few years of my life. I made the voyage to the United States when I was 6 years old and made a permanent home here in Maryland.
After graduating JFK High, I went to Montgomery College and was part of the Macklin Business Institute Scholars Program. I obtained my Associates Degree in Business, completed the Terp Transfer Partnership (TTP) program, and now I am here at USG to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Menaza in less than 60 seconds:
What am I like?
I am an introvert with extroverted qualities.
Know Your Why
If I had to describe myself using a cluster of words:
Ambitious. Organized. Dreamer. Super Picky. Short. Bubbly.
25 by 25 – Visit 25 states by the time I am 25 (so far I have 11!).
I have an incredible passion for blogging. I let go of all my worries and fears on the court when I play tennis. My heart desires to go on more adventures and seek new places.
My mission for the next two years:
I make myself a home everywhere I go—and now it is time for me to make a home here in the USG community. I hope you join me in my pursuit of this mission, and be sure to say hi if you see me around campus.
Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy the blog!
