I was scrolling down the rabbit hole one day on TikTok and I came across this video on how Ikea has bingo night?! Of course I obviously had to check it out, so I grabbed my bff and off to college park we went. Now, before you actually go play bingo you need become an Ikea family member. But…. the good news is it’s completely free to join! You can sign up online ahead of time with this link here: SIGN UP HERE!

One you have signed up you can now register for bingo which is also a free event! Bingo takes place upstairs on the 2nd floor in the cafeteria area. Upon arrival we first checked in, and were given our bingo card and markers to play. Then we went and ordered some food, I had the smoked salmon platter which tasted very fresh. They have also have these giant beer mugs you can purchase for bingo for $2.99, and you can fill them up with lingonberry punch a non-alcoholic drink for everyone. You also get to take your mug home so don’t leave it behind!

Bingo finally started promptly at 6, the announcer was fun and very entertaining. Each round you can win a food voucher, gift card, or merchandise they sell in the store. My friend and I had a fun time even though we didn’t win anything. All in all, I would love to go back and try it again! As a matter of fact they will have their next bingo event TODAY at 6:00pm in College Park. You can sign up or find more information under the events tab on their website. Also, the cafeteria has a great view to watch the sun set, so of course I had to snap a photo of the cotton candy sky. Until next time y’all.
